These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of a DivyaScale WB software license through this website, divyawbpurchase.divyadigiexperts.in, operated by Divya Digi Experts under authorization from Divya Scale Mfg. Works, the maker and owner of the DivyaScale WB software. By creating an account or completing a purchase on this portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product & roles

DivyaScale WB is a Windows desktop application for weighbridge weighing, ticketing, records, printing and reporting. Some capabilities are plan-dependent. Camera integration, Email automation and WhatsApp setup are not included in the Basic plan; these software capabilities are available with Standard. WhatsApp automation also requires a separately purchased and configured compatible WhatsApp API/service. API/service subscription, setup, messaging and related provider charges are not included in the DivyaScale WB software license. A separate WhatsApp service option is available at wpconnect.divyadigiexperts.in and is billed separately under its own terms. Divya Scale Mfg. Works owns the DivyaScale WB software and its branding. Divya Digi Experts is authorized to sell licenses for it online and to handle billing, invoicing and this customer portal - see our Authorized Seller page for the full relationship.

2. License grant

• Purchasing a plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DivyaScale WB for the license period and device allowance shown at checkout. The current Basic and Standard plans allow one active Windows PC at a time.
• Each license is tied to the device(s) it is activated on via a device serial/fingerprint. You may not share, resell, or use one license across an unregistered/unauthorized number of computers.
• This is a license to use the software, not a transfer of ownership of the software or its source code. All intellectual property rights remain with Divya Scale Mfg. Works.

3. Plans, pricing & renewal

• Current plans and prices are shown on the purchase page and may change for future purchases or renewals; a change in price does not affect a license period you have already paid for.
• Licenses run for a fixed period (currently one year) and do not auto-renew or auto-charge you - you choose when to renew, and you'll receive reminder emails as your expiry date approaches.
• You may upgrade your plan (for example, Basic to Standard) from your account when an upgrade is available. The portal charges the applicable upgrade amount and the higher plan takes effect after successful payment. An upgrade changes the plan for the remainder of the existing license term and does not extend the expiry date unless the checkout specifically states otherwise.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Any GST or other tax, if applicable, will be shown separately at checkout and/or on the invoice. Do not assume a tax is included unless it is expressly shown.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials. A payment is only treated as complete once Razorpay confirms it to us; your license/invoice is generated automatically after that confirmation.

5. Your account & responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the company/contact details you provide and for keeping your login password confidential.
• You are responsible for how DivyaScale WB is configured and used at your premises, including the accuracy of weighment/business data you enter.
• You must not attempt to bypass, tamper with, or reverse-engineer the software's license activation or plan-based feature restrictions.

6. Service availability & support

DivyaScale WB is desktop software that runs on your own computer and site hardware such as the weighbridge indicator and printer; camera integration is available only where included in the selected plan and properly configured. We provide best-effort support for the software itself, but we do not control or guarantee the performance of your hardware, network, printer, camera system, third-party scale indicator or separately arranged WhatsApp/API provider. License activation, validation, renewal and other online functions require access to this portal when those actions are performed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Divya Digi Experts and Divya Scale Mfg. Works are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the software or this portal, including loss of business data that was not backed up. To the extent a liability cap is legally permitted, our aggregate liability relating to the license purchase is limited to the amount paid for the license giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license if payment is reversed/fraudulent, if these Terms are violated, or if the license is used in a way that circumvents plan restrictions. You may stop using the software and simply let your license lapse at any time - see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The fixed "Last updated" date above changes only when the text is actually revised. Material changes will apply prospectively to future use/purchases to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
