To use WhatsApp ticket automation, a compatible WhatsApp API/service must be purchased and configured separately. API/service subscription, setup, messaging and related charges are not part of the DivyaScale WB license price.
If the site does not need camera/email/WhatsApp automation, Basic covers the core. Standard is for the expanded workflow.
