DivyaScale WB keeps the actual weighing value tied to the connected indicator during the normal weighing workflow. Vehicle, party, material and reference details remain normal transaction information; Gross and Tare are captured from the weighing hardware and Net is calculated automatically.

The flow supports the common two-stage Gross/Tare process without forcing the operator to rebuild the transaction for the second weighment.

Vehicle Arrives
Select or enter vehicle, party/customer, material and the reference information needed for the transaction.

Live Weight
The software receives the live scale value from the connected weighing indicator/system.

First Weighment
Capture Gross or Tare from the live weight, depending on the site's workflow.

Pending Record
The first weighment remains available as the same transaction while the vehicle completes loading or unloading.

Second Weighment
Retrieve the pending transaction and capture the second live weight.

Net Weight
Gross − Tare is calculated automatically. The operator does not need to manually calculate Net.

Final Record
The completed transaction is stored for search, reports and future reference.

Output
Generate the configured ticket, PDF and supported communication output.
