This Privacy Policy explains how Divya Digi Experts ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use this website (divyawbpurchase.divyadigiexperts.in) to purchase, activate, renew or manage a license for DivyaScale WB, a weighbridge software product of Divya Scale Mfg. Works sold online through this portal under authorization from Divya Scale Mfg. Works.

1. Information we collect

a) Account & billing information

• Company name, admin/contact name, mobile number and email address you provide when registering.
• Your login password, stored only as a salted PBKDF2 hash - we never store or can retrieve your actual password.
• Billing/invoice details generated for each purchase, renewal or plan upgrade.

b) Device & license information

To enforce the licensed device limit and prevent unauthorized copies, the DivyaScale WB desktop app sends this portal a device serial/fingerprint and MAC address. The portal also records the IP address used for license/API actions and may store technical license metadata such as activation time, last-seen time and license status. This information is used for license validation, account security, fraud prevention and support - not for advertising.

c) Payment information

All card, UPI and net-banking details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or banking credentials on our servers - we only receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID from Razorpay.

d) Your business/weighment data

Your day-to-day weighbridge data (such as tickets, vehicle numbers, party names, weights and locally captured snapshots) is primarily created and stored by the DivyaScale WB desktop app on your own computer/database. The sales/licensing portal does not receive that operational data by default. If you separately configure a backup, server, cloud or communication feature inside the desktop software, data sent through that feature is handled according to the destination/provider you configure and the feature settings you choose.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your customer account and license.
• To process payments, generate invoices, and send purchase/renewal/upgrade confirmations.
• To activate and validate your software on registered device(s), and to prevent license misuse.
• To send license renewal reminders before expiry, and important service notices.
• To respond to support requests you raise with us.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

• Razorpay, to process your payment securely.
• Our email delivery provider, to send account, payment, invoice, password-reset and renewal communications.
• Third-party communication providers only when you separately configure or use an optional communication feature (for example, WhatsApp automation) that requires that provider.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only if legally required to do so.

4. Cookies

This portal uses essential session cookies for account and purchase-session functions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this portal. When you open Razorpay Checkout or follow an external link such as WhatsApp, the third-party service may process information under its own privacy policy and cookie practices.

5. Data security

Customer passwords are stored as salted PBKDF2 hashes, full card/UPI/banking credentials are handled by Razorpay rather than stored in this portal database, and administrative access is restricted. We also record security/license events and IP addresses for operational and fraud-prevention purposes. While we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data retention

We retain account, license and invoice records for as long as your account is active and thereafter for the period required to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations in India.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to identity verification and any legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or record-keeping obligations that require us to retain specific records. You can also ask us to correct your account/contact details using the contact information below.

8. Children's privacy

This portal is a business-to-business software sales platform and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The fixed "Last updated" date above changes only when the policy text is actually revised.
